Regulatory status

NovaThrive Technologies (Pty) Ltd (Reg No. 2025/531168/07) is an authorised Juristic Representative of Uhambo Innovation Hub (Pty) Ltd (FSP No. 52823) in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS).

Authorised scope

NovaThrive is authorised to render financial services only within the scope of its approved mandate and applicable regulatory requirements.

Trading services & ODP disclosure

All client accounts, trades, and transactions relating to Contracts for Difference (CFDs), rolling spot foreign exchange (Forex), commodities, indices, and other leveraged trading products are conducted exclusively through AT Global Markets SA (Pty) Ltd (FSP No. 44816), an authorised Financial Services Provider and licensed Over-the-Counter Derivatives Provider (ODP) under South African law.

AT Global Markets SA acts as the principal and counterparty to all CFD transactions.

Neither NovaThrive Technologies (Pty) Ltd nor Uhambo Innovation Hub (Pty) Ltd:

Acts as a market maker;
Provides dealing or execution services;
Holds client funds;
Issues derivative products;
Acts as counterparty to client trades.

Banking, payments & card services

NovaThrive Technologies (Pty) Ltd is not a bank and does not hold a banking licence.

Wallet, payment, account, card, and banking infrastructure services are provided through regulated banking and payment partners operating under their respective licences and compliance frameworks.

Relevant partner disclosures will be published as partner approvals and confirmations are finalised.

Regulatory oversight

NovaThrive operates under regulatory oversight applicable to authorised Financial Services Providers and their Juristic Representatives in South Africa.
