NovaThrive Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a South African financial technology company providing technology infrastructure, digital interfaces, and support services designed to enable access to financial products and services through regulated and licensed partners.
NovaThrive Technologies (Pty) Ltd is an authorised Juristic Representative of Uhambo Innovation Hub (Pty) Ltd (FSP No. 52823) and is authorised to render financial services within the scope of its approved mandate and applicable regulatory requirements.
Trading products are facilitated through AT Global Markets SA (Pty) Ltd (FSP No. 44816), an authorised Financial Services Provider and licensed Over-the-Counter Derivatives Provider (ODP). AT Global Markets SA acts as principal and counterparty to all CFD and leveraged trading transactions.
Banking, wallet, payment, and card functionality are provided through regulated banking and payment partners operating under their respective licences and compliance frameworks.
